Looking for a way to manage your stress? These tasty foods can help.

It's not often that we associate eating with effective stress management, as the focus is usually on resisting the temptation to eat as a stress response. And that's too bad. Because there are a variety of great-tasting (and good for you) foods out there that can also help us manage our stress levels and return to a more balanced state.

Here's a link to a slideshow that offers a list of just a handful of those foods. I hope you find it useful and will use the information provided to any time you're feeling overwhelmed or as though you'll never be able to get everything done.

What's more, if you've got a favorite food that's both healthy and effective in helping you to manage your stress, I'd love to hear about it, so feel free to post a comment below and share with my readers.
