Making Time for Exercise with Just 5 Minutes a Day

For most of us, it's often challenging to find ways to squeeze an exercise routine into our busy schedules. It's not that we don't know the importance of taking care of ourselves (and how good it feels once our blood starts circulating), but when faced with the demands of work, kid schedules, and other commitments, exercise sometimes takes a back seat.

Here's a quick video that shows you how, in just five minutes a day, you can enjoy the many benefits of exercise. Best of all, each of these exercises can be done from your desk at the office.

So take just a few minutes today to watch the video and perform the exercises, and see how you feel. You'll be amazed at how responsive the body is as you make your health and wellbeing a priority.
