by John Katsontonis- When I was eight I saw “The Strange Case Of The Cosmic Rays” on TV. It was part of a remarkable children’s educational series created by Frank “It’s A Wonderful Life” Capra for Bell Laboratories (now AT&T). These films explored the human body, the weather, and even outer space. Being well produced, and with Bell supplying 16mm copies to schools free-of-charge, they were used in classrooms.  This particular one scared the poop out of me.
