Ongoing Employee Benefits
Communication
We will send welcome texts and emails to all employees informing them of this new, free benefit that you now offer. Links to informational pages will include what it is and how it works. There will also be information on how employees can access the service, what types of care is covered, and the benefits of using it.
Training
We offer ‘how to’ videos that employees can use to familiarize themselves with how easy Direct2Care is to use. This removes the fear-of-the-unknown and reminds them of its usefulness. The self-help screenshots and videos explain how best to use the service, which devices are compatible, how to schedule appointments, and how to interact with D2C’s providers.
Support
Direct2Care offers ongoing support to your employees. We have a dedicated patient help desk where employees can get help with any issues they encounter while using the service.
Our Reporting Process
Satisfaction
We track how many employees are using the virtual care service and their level of satisfaction with it. We use this information to constantly adjust and improve our service.
Cost Savings
We estimate the costs saved by employees vs what they would have spent at a doctor’s office so you can see how you’re directly affecting your employees' household budgets.
