Former McDonald’s Operator Brandon O’Rourke appointed President of Direct2Care

[Phoenix, Arizona] – Direct2Care, a leading provider of virtual healthcare solutions for the service industry, is pleased to announce the appointment of Brandon O’Rourke as its new President, effective June 1, 2024. Brandon brings with him over three decades of exemplary leadership and operational excellence from his tenure with McDonald’s, where he served as a second-generation Owner/Operator.

Brandon’s career with McDonald’s began over 30 years ago in Denver, Colorado, following in the footsteps of his father, Chuck O’Rourke. He later established his own successful operations in Phoenix, Arizona. Brandon led several initiatives for McDonald’s including several national committees. Brandon is most proud of his chairmanships of the Media and Budget Committee (which oversees McDonald’s national marketing budget), National Value Council (which created and implemented the national value menu), and the Digital Sub Committee (which created and launched McDonald’s national digital app loyalty program).

In his new role as President of Direct2Care, Brandon will leverage his wealth of experience to spearhead initiatives that enhance the accessibility and quality of virtual healthcare services for the service industry. His strategic vision and operational expertise with McDonald’s and now Direct2Care will be pivotal in driving growth and innovation.
